What You'll Do:

No two days are exactly the same! In this role, you’ll:

• Welcome customers with a friendly smile and provide exceptional service
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with account inquiries, check orders, reconciliations, and everyday banking needs
• Recommend products and services that help customers reach their financial goals Answer incoming calls and provide prompt, professional support
• Help identify and prevent fraud while ensuring compliance with banking regulations
• Maintain and balance cash drawers and ATMs
• Support branch operations, marketing initiatives, and community events
• Collaborate with teammates to create a positive and engaging banking experience
• Continuously learn and grow as banking technology and customer needs evolve

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

• As needed for coverage at other branches

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience
• Cash-handling experience preferred
• Prior banking experience is a plus

• Hearing: Capability to hear and respond to telephone calls, office sounds, and discussions with colleagues.
• Basic physical tasks : Ability to perform occasional lifting, such as moving office supplies or documents, typically weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Mobility: Ability to move around the office to attend meetings, retrieve documents, or collaborate with colleagues.
