Quality Engineering Supervisor

Dizario Search is actively seeking a Quality Engineering Supervisor for our client in the Cleveland, OH area. This opportunity is with a multi-billion dollar manufacturing company that manufactures metal parts and components for the aerospace industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Quality Engineer , who wants to develop people, strengthen quality systems, solve challenging manufacturing issues and partner across an organization to drive measurable improvements. Responsibilities: Lead, develop and mentor the Quality team Drive initiatives designed to improve product quality, customer satisfaction, manufacturing performance and overall cost of quality Evaluate customer-specific quality expectations Develop and enhance quality procedures, inspection plans, documentation and related systems Lead cross-functional investigations into internal, supplier and customer quality concerns, including root cause analysis and corrective actions Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to improve process capability and advance continuous improvement initiatives Participate in customer, supplier and internal audits while helping maintain strong customer relationships Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or another field is required 2+ years of Quality Engineering experience Previous experience supervising quality personnel is beneficial Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies #J-18808-Ljbffr Dizario Search
