IT Support Specialist - Onsite Help Desk (Windows/Mac)

Infojini Inc is seeking an IT Support Specialist / Help Desk / Desktop Support professional for a 1–3+ month contract located in Lakewood, WA. This role entails providing tier 2 and tier 3 troubleshooting support for Windows and Mac systems, with support for Android and iPhone devices. The position requires effective communication and the ability to analyze and diagnose issues efficiently. Candidates must have an Associate Degree in information technology and two years of relevant experience. The role is fully on-site with no remote option.
