Leasing Consultant Position at Stonybrook Apartments

We're seeking an energetic and service-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Stonybrook Apartments in Phoenix. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for prospective residentsguiding them through the leasing process and helping them feel at home from their initial visit through move-in day.

What You'll Do

As a Leasing Consultant, no two days are exactly the same. Your responsibilities will center around:

• Welcoming and assisting prospective residents
• Conducting property tours and showcasing available apartments
• Managing inquiries and generating leasing traffic
• Qualifying applicants and preparing lease agreements
• Coordinating move-ins and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
• Supporting lease renewals and resident retention efforts

Your work will play a key role in maintaining high occupancy levels and creating a positive community experience for residents.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of residential leasing experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A positive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus
