Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process. Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables. Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures. Gathers and compiles information for reports. Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding. Performers a variety of duties that include supporting the team in the assignment and completion of ServiceNow and PLM work requests Serves as a primary point of contact with Operating Units to answer questions related to required documentation requirements, supplier forms, and case status inquiries Manages team task assignment and tracking logs (includes shared mailbox requests product lifecycle systems, other) Project tracking and management of deliverables (ensuring owners, tracking activities complete/pending, generating metrics, milestone status) Task and project escalation Ensure approvals in lifecycle systems are complete for finished work, messaging when incomplete Gather information across multiple systems to support team analysis and work completion (systems) Generate metrics related to project/team performance Host meetings to support the team's work Maintain records and data to support compliance activities Data analysis, where required

Requires minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Must have: Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Experience managing project milestones/deliverables across multiple stakeholders Familiarity with PLM system or document control processes MS TEAMS

Nice to have: Experience with analytical tools such as PowerBI or Tableau Prior client experience
