Litigation Associate Attorney

Hancock Estabrook, LLP is seeking a Litigation Associate attorney to join our high-profile litigation practice. Candidates must have 2 + years of litigation experience, including drafting pleadings, discovery documents, and dispositive motions; conducting depositions; and managing e-discovery projects and experience in Federal and New York State Courts. Candidates must have superior writing, communication, and advocacy skills, coupled with excellent legal research and analytical abilities. The salary range for this position is $110,000 – $130,000 annually and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, including the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, and skill set.
