Key Responsibilities Greet shop customers and answer phone Gather customer and equipment information Assist customers with equipment and part selection Receive, stock, and pull parts Coordinate pickup and delivery of equipment for customers Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and recommendations Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment Equipment may include lawn mowers, snow blowers, chainsaws, trimmers, and similar small engine machinery. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in customer service Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Solid communication and customer service skillsSome mechanical aptitude is a plus, but not required Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Why Join Rotti’s Power Equipment?
