Business Development Associate Project Development Estancia Date Posted: January 9, 2022 Responsibilities Conduct pre-planning studies and demonstrate feasibility of proposed developments for special projects, prospective and existing land banks. Involved in development cycle for projects from conceptualization and pre-planning to planning and construction. Monitor and ensure project activities are fulfilled on schedule and that the project is delivered per the timelines set and approved. Requirements Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Business, or similar. Licensed Architect or Engineer is a plus. 3-5 years of proven experience in site planning and design and/or related work in a real estate firm. Proficient in CAD and MS Office Applications. Excellent written and oral communication skills and project management skills. With an eye for detail. Proven effectiveness in a team-based environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
