Talent Operations Advisor I

Description The Talent Operations Advisor I role is critical in helping future associates join the Acosta Group. Your focus is to create a seamless onboarding experience by providing high‑volume support while applying superior associate‑focus, communication, and organizational skills. You will field questions ranging from candidates and internal partners, thrive on helping people, resolve challenges, and appreciate the variety this opportunity brings. Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment are essential. Responsibilities Serve as the first point‑of‑contact for future associates, resolving questions related to onboarding tasks such as I‑9, background consent, required training, and access issues. Use a case‑management tool to record inquiries and respond within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Assist the Talent Acquisition team in reviewing job profiles and open requisitions as needed. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure end‑to‑end deployment of talent is successful. Escalate complex or confidential inquiries to higher‑level functional support. Maintain confidentiality of department and associate information per established practices. Meet and exceed metrics and SLAs where applicable. Perform other duties as required or assigned. Primary job duties will focus on 360 activities and testing. Minimum Qualifications – Education and Experience Associate degree. Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent education and experience. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer support role. Minimum Qualifications – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Associate‑first mindset dedicated to internal customer service and company culture. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with peers, managers, teammates, and candidates. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. High attention to detail. Ability to manage expectations, process, and multiple projects simultaneously. Work Environment and Physical Requirements The work environment may involve moderate physical effort, including lifting materials and equipment weighing less than 50 pounds. This position requires viewing a computer monitor for more than 30% of the time. Personal protective equipment may be required.
