Conduct client appointments by phone and Zoom
Build and maintain client relationships
Educate clients on benefit and protection options
Identify client needs and recommend solutions
Follow scripts, systems, and sales processes
Maintain accurate CRM information
Attend virtual training, coaching, and team meetings

Strong work ethic and professional attitude
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
Comfortable working by phone and Zoom
Able to work independently in a remote environment
Willing to obtain required state licensing
Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
