Stretch Specialist
At Elements Massage Edgewater were dedicated to helping people move better feel better and live better . Were looking for a passionate and personable Stretch Specialist to provide guided hands-on stretch and mobility sessions in a welcoming supportive and wellness-focused studio environment.
This is a great opportunity for a movement professional who enjoys one-on-one client care values consistency and meaningful connections and wants to make a positive impact on clients overall well-beingwithout the pressure of a sales-driven or clinical environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $18$22 per hour incentive opportunities

What Youll Do
- Provide personalized assisted stretch and mobility sessions using Elements Massage approved techniques
- Guide clients through active and passive stretching to support flexibility mobility and overall movement
- Educate clients on the benefits of stretching recommended visit frequency and simple at-home practices
- Create a comfortable welcoming and professional client experience
- Build positive relationships with clients and provide consistent personalized care
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and fellow team members
- Maintain a clean safe and professional studio environment
- Follow all safety cleanliness and scope-of-practice guidelines
What Were Looking For
Candidates should have one or more of the following qualifications based on applicable local requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer (NASM ACE ISSA or equivalent)
- Degree or relevant coursework in Kinesiology Exercise Science or a related field
- Athletic Trainer (AT or ATC)
- Certified Yoga or Pilates Instructor
- Other relevant movement fitness or wellness certifications may be considered
