Travel or local LTAC RN working days and nights in Havre, Montana for a 13-week assignment. Provides high-quality patient care in a long-term acute care setting, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care to LTAC patients in accordance with physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment processes and post-discharge care instructions.

Qualifications:

• Valid nursing license or diploma from an accredited institution.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of recent LTAC or long-term acute care experience.
• Experience with adult patient care in a hospital setting.
• Proven ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts.
• Flexibility to work rotating weekends.

Preferred Skills:

• ACLS certification.
• Wound care certification.
