Sr. Team Lead

* Lead and direct daily activities of operators producing ceramic powders using complex and technical processing equipment* Ensure production schedules are met with a strong focus on quality, yield, and on-time delivery* Operate and support setup of advanced materials processing equipment, ensuring adherence to work instructions and process standards* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with all safety and PPE requirements* Coordinate with production planning to align schedules, capacity, and resource needs* Communicate staffing, overtime, and production challenges to leadership* Partner with downstream manufacturing teams to ensure powder quality meets internal customer requirements* 3-5 years of experience in advanced manufacturing, materials processing, or powder production environments* Leadership or supervisory experience in a technical manufacturing setting* Experience with ceramic materials, powder processing, or similar advanced materials strongly preferred* Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities* Advanced knowledge of materials processing equipment and manufacturing processes* Ability to interpret production data and drive data-informed decisions* Solid understanding of safety, quality, and operational best practices* Effective communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse workforce* Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset* Proficiency with basic computer systems and production tracking tools* **Location:** Center for Advanced Materials – Golden, CO* **Schedule:** Full-time, day shift or swing shift* **Work Type:** Hands-on leadership role in a manufacturing environmentMaking the world measurably better...one person at a time.CoorsTek products and components touch people’s lives in unexpected, awe-inspiring ways.
