Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide expert clinical pharmacy services at a well-established infusion center on California’s Central Coast, supporting a dynamic health system. This contract opportunity offers a Monday through Friday day-shift schedule, covering for a leave of absence for approximately eight weeks, with potential to transition to a permanent role depending on evolving needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and dispense infusion medications accurately and safely.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust therapies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and health system policies.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to clinical decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Active California pharmacist license required.
• Completion of PGY1 residency or a minimum of one year of experience in inpatient or infusion pharmacy practice.
• Ability to work full-time day shifts, Monday through Friday.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
