You'll manage the day-to-day operations by setting clear expectations, overseeing training standards, and driving performance to meet key business objectives. With a focus on member retention and experience, you'll ensure timely resolutions, maintain a clean and fully operational facility, and keep the team aligned with daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
