This contract position near Detroit, MI, provides the opportunity to work closely with a diverse group of young learners from October 26, 2026, through June 23, 2027. The role encompasses a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, supporting students’ growth in speech and communication.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, with demonstrated skills in working with elementary-aged students
• Strong communication abilities, responsiveness, and a proactive approach to daily tasks
• Ability to adapt quickly, collaborate with educators and staff, and implement individualized plans
• Open to feedback and committed to ongoing professional development

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students in grades K-5
• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
• Communicate regularly and effectively with team members and administration
