Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Devereux CT is seeking a passionate and innovative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to play a key leadership role in the development and operation of two brand new DDS-funded programs:An adult residential program supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilitiesA specialized 3-bed Intensive Stabilization and Transition Program designed to provide short-term, high-impact behavioral intervention that helps individuals avoid psychiatric hospitalization or successfully transition home from higher levels of careThis is a rare opportunity for a BCBA who wants more than a traditional clinical role. From day one, you will help build systems, shape clinical practices, develop treatment approaches, and create a program culture centered on positive outcomes, family partnership, and meaningful quality of life.Be Part of the BeginningRather than stepping into an established program, you'll help design and refine services from the ground up. Your expertise will directly influence program development, clinical practices, staff training, treatment planning, and outcomes.Lead Clinical InnovationYou'll have the autonomy to develop individualized interventions, implement evidence-based practices, and create meaningful programming focused on communication, adaptive behavior, emotional regulation, and community success.National Clinical SupportWhile you'll enjoy significant clinical leadership locally, you won't be doing it alone. You'll collaborate with Devereux's network of BCBAs, psychologists, psychiatrists, clinical leaders, and subject matter experts across the country. With low caseloads and a highly collaborative interdisciplinary team, you'll have the opportunity to spend your time on assessment, treatment development, coaching, family engagement, and meaningful clinical outcomes.Work Directly with FamiliesFamilies are essential partners in our programs.
