Maintenance Supervisor

Opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance projects, improve equipment reliability, and support major shutdowns and capital improvements at a large cement manufacturing operation. Key Responsibilities Report directly to the Maintenance Manager. Reduce maintenance costs through effective planning and execution. Improve equipment reliability by implementing predictive maintenance programs. Plan, coordinate, and supervise corrective maintenance projects. Coordinate and complete assigned capital improvement projects. Identify equipment problems and implement corrective actions. Qualifications Associate degree (minimum) in Engineering or a related technical field; Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
