Soho Wellness is a privately owned business lead by a mother and daughter duo along with 3 strong teams of Massage Therapists, Medical Estheticians and Aesthetic Injectors. We welcome the opening of our 3rd location in Westchase to complement our South Tampa and Wesley Chapel locations.

We are looking for full time Spa Receptionist/Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. Variable shifts and weekends required.

Are you the  welcoming, confident  voice and smile that makes every guest feel comfortable as you are the  first  and last face they see coming to our Spa ?

Are you able to multi task and priorities tasks as well as working on your own?

As this position has two distinct remits that require both teamwork and independent focus, we call remit one Spa Reception / Front of House :

• Start the day on the right note: Set up and prepare the spa and reception desk, and ensure our lounges and treatment rooms are flawless.
• Manage our booking system (Booker experience required) to keep schedules for multiple providers running smoothly.
• Welcome our clients with warmth, professionalism, and a smile (you’ll be the first and last impression they remember!).
• Ensure the spa remain clean and tidy.
• Following our laundry protocol.
• Handle essential details: electronic paperwork, confirmations, follow-ups, and ensuring IDs are on file.
• Provide top-notch customer service by addressing concerns and resolving them with ease.
• Assist our amazing team of therapists, estheticians, and injectors—collaboration is key!
• Wrap up the day securely, locking up and prepping for another fabulous day ahead.
  

The second remit, we call office-based scheduling / back office :

* Answer the main phone line, client bookings and online enquiries/bookings.

* Work independently to ensure therapist schedules are optimized for efficiency and client satisfaction.

* Anticipate scheduling needs, handle changes smoothly and maintain strong communication with the spa team.

* Provide exceptional customer service and follow up to ensure client retention and loyalty.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of front desk or scheduling experience. You’ve worked with the  Booker system and are a pro at coordinating schedules for multiple providers.
• You’re organized, dependable, and bring positive energy wherever you go.
• Strong multitasking skills with knowledge of med spa services and their benefits.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work weekends.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• A naturally warm and confident communicator.
• A genuine interest in wellness, aesthetics and self-care.
