The Receptionist is responsible for answering all incoming calls and forwarding them in a professional, friendly, and prompt manner. Answer and forward all incoming telephone calls in an accurate, friendly, professional and prompt manner,

Supply accurate information to callers and relay telephone messages when necessary,

Ensure messages left in the general mailbox are handled appropriately and update the main office voice mail greeting for after hours and non-workday calls,

Process and distribute incoming and outgoing office mail and packages, distribute incoming faxes, and handle requests for supplies and other tasks in a timely manner,

File and verify overnight air-bills and invoices for all packages,

Maintain the office calendar for conference room reservations,

Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education, Training and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required,

One to two years related experience and/or training; Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office programs.
