If you have a family member or loved one who receives or may qualify for Michigan Medicaid Home Help services, you may have the opportunity to become their paid caregiver through Intentional Care LLC.

No previous caregiving experience? No problem. We provide guidance throughout the onboarding process.

Pay

Starting at $18.00 per hour

Schedule

• Part-Time
• PRN (As Needed)
• Flexible Scheduling

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Help with mobility and transfers.
• Provide meal preparation.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Follow the client’s approved care plan.
• Complete daily care documentation.
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the office.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality care.
• CPR/First Aid and caregiving experience are a plus but not required.
