Claims Clerk in Sunny Sunrise, FL!

In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for a variety of clerical duties, ensuring smooth processing of claims and excellent customer service. Your work will help us maintain our reputation for efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming mail and documentation.
- Create and manage claims in the system.
- Assign claims to licensed adjusters.
- Respond to customer service inquiries.
- Assist with document preparation and distribution.
- Maintain a small claims queue.
- Support management and adjusters with clerical tasks.
- Update claim manuals and documents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience as a Claim Clerk or similar role.
- Proficiency in typing and basic computer skills.
- Strong decision-making and time management skills.
Preferences
- Experience with RightFax and Ricoh Kofax ImageTech (Redaction Software).
Training will be provided on the company's claims system, and you'll be working in-office at least 3 days a week post-training. Standard business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
