Vice President, Regional Branch Manager

Location: Northwestern US territory or Colorado. Job Overview Manage support for financial advisors in the Linsco employee channel for LPL, including profitability for multi‑branch regions. Requires deep understanding of the W-2 advisor model. Responsibilities Partner with advisors to create and implement business growth. Maintain high advisor retention and satisfaction. Support advisor recruitment by selling the mission and vision of the Employee Channel and assist new teams to transition to LPL. Build and maintain strong advisor relationships while balancing profitability of the model. Qualifications / Requirements 7+ years of branch experience in roles such as branch manager, branch operations/service or branch administration. Bachelor's degree. Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 licenses. 10+ years of financial services experience. Willingness to travel to branch offices as needed. Strong interpersonal skills, building trust & respect while maintaining model integrity. Strategic thinker, prioritizing key issues, focusing on relevant facts, strong execution focus. Strong communication skills, written & oral, presenting to leadership, framing complex issues visually. Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels and lead change. Strong gravitas and executive presence. Awareness of industry dynamics and best practices. Compensation Total Target Compensation: $300,000–$350,000. Pay Range: $204,867–$341,445 per year.
