Talent Acquisition Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of roles. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure a positive and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer stage.
• Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
• Conduct candidate screenings and assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with detailed candidate summaries.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruiting priorities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide updates on pipeline activity and hiring progress.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar recruiting role.
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and make hiring recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for corporate, technical, professional, or high-volume roles.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices and talent market trends.
