Entry Level Legal Assistant

Clarke, Dolph, Hull & Brunick, PLC is seeking a dependable, organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our Virginia Beach law office. Salary range is $18.00-$24.00 an hour. Responsibilities Include: Drafting legal documents and correspondence Managing document management systems and databases Filing documents with the court or other entities as required Organizing and maintaining legal files and documents Requirements: Familiarity with legal documents and terminology (preferred) Familiarity with medical terminology (preferred) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Ability to learn and use document management systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Skilledin Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook & Excel) The firm will consider applicants with relevant experience outside the legal environment.
