About the Role As Executive Director/Administrator, you lead operations, staff, and strategy to ensure exceptional resident care and business performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee operations, staffing, and financial performance Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards Lead, coach, and develop team members Build relationships with residents, families, and partners Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master’s preferred) Licensed Administrator (if required by jurisdiction) 5+ years of leadership experience in senior living or healthcare Strong financial and operational management skills Proven leadership and team-building ability Excellent communication and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
