We are seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic and operational leadership across the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving business performance, supporting growth initiatives, and ensuring the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive and results-oriented leader with strong business acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to lead teams while contributing to long-term organizational success. What You Own: Drive occupancy growth through marketing, community outreach, referral partnerships, and lead conversion efforts. Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, coordination, compliance, and facility management. Develop pricing strategies and monitor market trends to support revenue growth and profitability. Manage budgets, control costs, and track key operational and financial metrics. Build strong relationships with community partners, and regulatory agencies. Lead, coach, and support team members while fostering a high-quality resident experience. Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall operational performance. What You Bring: Proven leadership experience managing teams, operations, and business performance. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to develop partnerships. Experience driving occupancy, business growth, or demand generation in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related industry. Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost management, and performance analysis. Knowledge of operations, regulatory requirements, staffing, and resident care standards, or the ability to learn quickly. Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
