Administrative Assistant / Temp-Perm

The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support for an executive and their team. The ideal candidate possesses previous administrative support experience, has the ability to work well under pressure in a busy, dynamic environment, and is available to work from 8:30 AM 5:30 PM.

We'll Trust You To:

Create and revise PowerPoint presentations Coordinate senior-level internal/external meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements Maintain complex and extremely detailed calendars and prioritize meeting requests and related logistics Provide general administrative support in a team environment including processing invoices and expenses, assisting with requests for information from various departments within the firm, scanning, and maintaining office documents, excel spreadsheets, checklists, and files Interact with senior leaders in a professional and effective manner Work on special projects on an ad hoc basis

You'll Need To Have:

Previous administrative experience Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel A positive and collaborative attitude Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-up skills A high attention to detail The ability to anticipate and solve problems quickly and efficiently The ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, prioritize, and multi-task in a deadline-driven environment A high degree of integrity and confidentiality Excellent judgment, and be a resourceful, independent thinker

Compensation Information: Annual base salary for this role is $75,000 - $90,000. Salary is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.

Discretionary Bonus: Role may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are determined by several factors including, but not limited to, firm, team, and individual performance.
