You'll be actively leading your team, building relationships with guests, creating memorable experiences, and helping your location achieve its goals. What You'll Do As a Club Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of your location, including: Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members Driving membership growth and guest retention Creating an exceptional guest experience that keeps members coming back Monitoring and improving key business metrics and performance goals Coaching team members to achieve individual and store goals Managing inventory and operational standards Building community relationships through local marketing and outreach Creating a positive, supportive, and accountability-driven culture Celebrating wins while helping your team grow through challenges Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Have 1+ year of leadership or management experience Enjoy coaching, mentoring, and developing others Are naturally positive, motivated, and solution-oriented Love building relationships with both guests and team members Thrive in a fast-paced environment Are comfortable leading a team toward performance goals Take ownership and accountability for results Have strong communication and organizational skills Are excited about personal growth and leadership development Experience in beauty, wellness, retail, fitness, hospitality, or service industries is a plus, but great leadership matters most.
