The Business Development and Capture Manager will report to the President/CEO and Director and will have direct responsibility for the overall pursuit of new business, the identification and capture of new contracts, and the marketing of our company to potential customers. Primary duties include: identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives, evaluating current business performance, and maximizing business reach and potential.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identifying and developing relationships with prospective clients while maintaining existing client relationships and teaming partners. Identifying potential clients and completing appropriate research on the prospective clients needs. Establishing and maintaining a pipeline of target opportunities that have been qualified through initial conversations with government stakeholders. Developing new sales areas and improving sales through various methods. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Proven achievement identifying, influencing, responding to, and a track record of demonstrating the capability to establish relationships with Federal governments official. Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills with ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.
