1st Shift Packaging Position1st shift 7am to 3 pm Monday to FridayEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPackage plastic cutlery products such as forks, knives, and spoons into designated packaging.Monitor production lines and ensure products are packaged accurately.Work alongside automated equipment that counts products as they are packaged.Inspect products for quality and report any issues to supervisors.Stack finished boxes onto pallets.Wrap pallets for storage or shipment as needed.Assist with general warehouse and production duties as assigned.Move between work areas to support production needs throughout the shift.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.QualificationsPrevious manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, assembly, or production experience is preferred but not required.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and reliability.Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.Must be willing to move throughout the warehouse and assist where needed.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.Ability to perform repetitive tasks.Ability to lift, carry, stack, and move materials as needed.Comfortable working in a production and warehouse environment.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is dependable, has a good work ethic, and understands that this is not a stationary position.
