Overview Join our dynamic team as an Admissions Representative and play a vital role in shaping the future of students by guiding them through the admissions process. This energetic position involves engaging with prospective students, providing comprehensive information about academic programs, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience. You will be the friendly face and knowledgeable resource that helps students navigate their educational journey from inquiry to enrollment, fostering a positive and motivating environment that encourages student success and institutional growth. Must be a detail-oriented professional able to thrive in an evolving, fast-paced environment and manage a variety of responsibilities at once. Must be savvy with technology, work well with others, and able to quickly adapt to changing processes. Duties Provides personalized support to prospective students throughout the admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment. Maintains consistent communication and follow-up with applicants to encourage application completion and enrollment. Utilizes CRM systems to track leads, follow up with prospects, and manage the enrollment pipeline efficiently. Reviews applications and supporting documentation (ID, transcripts, etc.) for completeness and accuracy in accordance with published admissions requirements. Designs and creates attractive flyers, presentations, and other informational materials for recruitment efforts. Travels to partner schools, college fairs, community events, and other recruitment activities to recruit prospective students and represent Doral College. Delivers presentations to prospective students, families, partner schools, and community organizations regarding Doral College's available programs, admissions requirements, and enrollment process. Serves as a professional ambassador for the College by fostering positive relationships with prospective students, partner schools, and community organizations. Collaborates with team members to develop recruitment strategies, monitor application progress, and support enrollment management initiatives. Handles student records with attention to detail and within FERPA guidelines. Responds to help desk inquiries pertaining to admissions or records via the Freshdesk ticket platform, email, and phone in a timely manner. Assists with additional student services events, including yearly commencement, as needed. Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Admissions & Marketing or the Vice President for Enrollment Management & Development. Position Requires: The ability to maintain accurate and auditable records. Strong organizational, interpersonal, written communication, and public speaking skills. The ability to handle multiple deadlines and tasks at once. The ability to use Microsoft Office, Google Suite tools, and database software. The ability to use Canva or other document design software to create attractive informational materials. The ability to collaborate effectively with all College departments. Willingness to travel to partner schools and recruitment events as needed. Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends to support recruitment events, orientations, and other College activities. Experience within college and/or high school environments preferred. Minimum five (5) years work experience preferred; experience in higher education preferred. Minimum Associate in Arts degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Doral College
