Booking Specialist/Front Desk

Looking for a part time position this spring and summer? We are currently seeking candidates to join our staff. Now Hiring: Front Desk Clerk and Booking Specialist. Position Front Desk Clerk/Booking Specialist. Part Time, mostly weekends (Sat & Sun 10am to 6pm) some weekday hours available. Location: Big Bend, WI. Who We’re Looking For Punctual & Reliable Confident on the phone – Can take reservations and work with customers to select the perfect party package for their group. Customer Focused – Engages with customers to insure a smooth check in/check out. Detail oriented – Must be comfortable learning our register and balancing a drawer at the end of each shift. Must be at least 16 years old and have reliable transportation. What You’ll Do Work with customers on booking group reservations. Check in parties and open play guests. Run the front desk register and assist sales in our pro shop. Stay on schedule and keep our front of house clean and inviting. Why Work With Us Great flexible schedule perfect for those in school.
