Manufacturing Operations Leader

Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Leader in Fall River, MA. Summary: Our client is a manufacturer of high-end luxury brand products with a diverse workforce in the greater Fall River area. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager from a manufacturing environment to lead a 2nd shift team of up to 50 employees. The Operations Manager provides leadership and supervision for all second‑shift manufacturing and facility operations while working closely with managers, supervisors, and associates across the operations team. As the senior leader on‑site during the evening hours, you are the ‘eyes and ears’ of the facility. You will bridge the gap between day‑shift planning and night‑shift execution, ensuring our staff have everything they need to succeed. Requirements BS degree or 3–5 years of experience working in an operations management role Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment Bilingual in English and Spanish Decision‑making: Proven ability to make confident, independent decisions in a fast‑paced environment without immediate access to upper management Ability to build trust and morale with a diverse workforce, specifically understanding the unique work‑life balance of a 2nd‑shift team Compensation and Benefits The pay range is from the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability and ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
