Manufacturing Operations Leader

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Leader in Fall River, MA. Summary: Our client is a manufacturer of high-end luxury brand products with a diverse workforce in the greater Fall River area. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager from a manufacturing environment to lead a 2nd shift team of up to 50 employees. The Operations Manager provides leadership and supervision for all second-shift manufacturing and facility operations while working closely with managers, supervisors, and associates across the operations team. As the senior leader on-site during the evening hours, you are the "eyes and ears" of the facility. You will bridge the gap between day-shift planning and night-shift execution, ensuring our staff have everything they need to succeed.

• BS degree or 3-5 years of experience working in an Operations management role
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Decision-Making: Proven ability to make confident, independent decisions in a fast-paced environment without immediate access to upper management
• Ability to build trust and morale with a diverse workforce, specifically understanding the unique work-life balance of a 2nd-shift teams
