Office Operations Assistant Primary Care

Ascension - 13137 Sorrento Road - Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors, manage the check-in and check-out process; Verify and input patient demographic data, and manage obtaining and verifying insurance authorizations and referrals; Efficiently handle medical record release requests and coordinate the scheduling and confirmation of patient appointments; Submit daily charges for procedures, and manage the collection of co-payments, including the daily reconciliation of reports and deposits; Provide flexible and reliable general administrative and clerical support to various functions within the assigned area
