Als OT Cyber Security Sales Spezialist*in arbeitest du eng mit unserem Key Account Team zusammen, um maßgeschneiderte Sicherheitslösungen für unsere B2B‑Kunden in der Welt der Operational Technology (OT) zu entwickeln und umzusetzen. Du begleitest den gesamten Verkaufsprozess und trägst aktiv zur Gewinnung von Neugeschäften sowie zum Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen bei. Deine Rolle ist entscheidend für den Erfolg und das Wachstum unseres Cyber Security Geschäftsbereichs. Responsibilities Beratung und Entwicklung von individuellen OT‑Security‑Lösungen für unsere B2B‑Kunden. Initiierung von Neugeschäften sowie Förderung von Up‑ und Cross‑Selling in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Key Account Managern. Fokus auf OT‑relevante Branchen wie Produktion, Energieversorgung, Gesundheitswesen oder Transport. Identifikation von Sicherheitsbedürfnissen in komplexen OT‑Umgebungen und Überführung in konkrete Lösungsansätze. Präsentation und Argumentation von strategischen Verkaufszielen gegenüber Entscheidungsträgern. Einbringen deiner Expertise in die Produktentwicklung und in die Weiterentwicklung unseres Cyber Security Portfolios. Qualifications Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch; weitere Landessprachen sind ein Plus. Nachweisbare Erfahrung in OT‑Security‑Projekten oder OT‑Umgebungen. Kenntnisse in Normen und Standards wie IEC62443 oder NIST für OT‑Security. Fundiertes Wissen in mindestens einem OT‑Vertikal (z.B. Manufacturing, Utilities, Healthcare). Verständnis für industrielle Steuerungssysteme (ICS), SCADA‑Architekturen und deren Sicherheitsanforderungen. Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu kommunizieren. Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber C‑Level und technischen Ansprechpartnern.
