They are seeking a Senior Legal Assistant to provide dedicated support to Partners and their legal teams.
Salary/Hourly Rate
$45/hr - $50/hr
Position Overview
The Senior Legal Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to attorneys, providing comprehensive administrative support in a fast-paced legal environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities Of The Senior Legal Assistant

• Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
• Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics for attorneys and legal staff.
• Arrange catering and conference room accommodations for meetings and client events.
• Process, monitor, and reconcile vendor and client invoices while addressing billing inquiries and discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit expense reports and reimbursement requests in a timely manner.
• Reconcile attorney accounts and assist with financial tracking and reporting.
• Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, correspondence, and special projects as needed.
  

Required Experience/Skills For The Senior Legal Assistant

• 5+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives or attorneys within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable, with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage competing priorities.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
