This Ward Clinic features Team Based Primary Care led by Internal Medicine and Family Practice providers to consistently manage the overall health care needs for patients of all ages. On-site, walk-in, laboratory and X-ray imaging bring sophisticated diagnostic services to this area. Supported by the most advanced electronic medical record system the clinic’s team le Responsibilities: As a Patient Service Representative, you will help to ensure that Straub patients and their families receive warm, friendly and considerate assistance at Straub. You will act as a liaison between patients and the professional staff, and assist with a variety of administrative tasks. These include interviewing, registering, admitting, updating and creating patients’ medical records; performing accurate and timely processing of all professional/technical fees generated by department providers; and performing cash handling and collection. We are looking for someone sensitive and helpful, with excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work effectively under minimal supervision, and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.
