Commercial Roofing Service Foreman

Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Summary You will be the service crew’s leader responsible for investigating, locating, and repairing leaks and defects in commercial roofing systems such as EPDM, PVC, TPO, and low slope metal. You will manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship. Duties and Responsibilities Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope metal roof systems. Roof maintenance and repairs. Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines. Maintain professional interaction with all customers. Manage commercial roofing crew, including completing required paperwork, attending meetings, and assisting in training of crew members. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. 5+ years of experience leading commercial roofing crews. Valid driver's license. Bilingual is a plus. Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly. Able to work at varying heights and in a variety of weather conditions. Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisors, and co-workers. Initiative, integrity, and adaptability. Technology savvy. Sheet metal experience preferred. Travel: Local; up to 1 hour away. Benefits Starting pay rate of $27-32/hr.
