Responsibilities

Count and verify weekend offerings

Reconcile weekend offerings against giving records

Manage and maintain accuracy across all Contributions data

Respond to contributor questions on giving and account details

Support the preparation of quarterly giving statements for accuracy and timely delivery

Help oversee the system of offering collection at multiple campus locations

Must-Haves

Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)

Degree in Accounting or Finance with 2+ years of directly related experience

Attention to detail with strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Flexibility and ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

Love working on a team as much as you love working with the numbers

Nice-To-Haves

Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting

Experience with giving/contribution platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pushpay, or similar)

Day-to-Day

We're a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we're in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we're supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.

There's a lot to accomplish each week, so we're pretty fast-paced. We're also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.

Yes, we work hard. But we're good at playing hard, too. We're a creative staff, so there's no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun!
