Key Position Details

Location: Solon, OH 15626 (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-Time / Direct Placement

Salary: $20/hr

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Shift Availability:

Monday - Friday: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Monday - Friday: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM (Rotating weekends and holidays)

Monday - Friday: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Rotating weekends and holidays)

Responsibilities

Safely deliver, set up, and transport equipment to healthcare facilities and partners.

Provide high-quality customer service during interactions with healthcare professionals.

Utilize the company portal daily to log maintenance orders, track inventory, and manage schedules.

Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and prepare items for deployment.

Work independently and manage daily routes without direct supervision.

Maintain flexibility to work multiple shift patterns, including on-call rotations, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and certification process.

Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 150 lbs.

Proficiency in reading, writing, and performing basic math calculations in English.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in route delivery, logistics, or medical equipment handling.

Experience using software portals or digital asset tracking tools.
