Production Planner

Production PlannerAccording to each plant's capacity to arrange the production plan, track and monitor it, commite the delivery schedule of sale orders, make sure the shippment schedule on time, and assist the department manager to deal with routine work.Representative Duties:Balance the factory orders to ensure timely and simultaneous deliveryEffectively control the order of each plant to ensure smooth logisticsTimely adjustment programs, control production anomalies, to meet customer demand deliveryAccording to the order status to arrange outsourcing service or produce on other plants, in order to meet customers' orders.Improve the rationality of the factory process production schedule, enhance the delivery of factory productionSupervise the production system operation effectively, enhance the track of production deliveryControl the inventory of products in progress and finished products at a reasonable level to avoid overdue and sluggishnessMake sure to achieve the department's KPITimely completion and improvement of matters assigned by superiorsUnderstand the environmental factors, hazards and control methods;Implement integrated management system to implement the provisions of the relevant documents;Do classification of waste deposited in own position;Other duties as assigned;Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.Job Requirements:Language: Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and/or Mandarin. Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.Experience: Work experience in planning department is preferredEducation: Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain management or any other related fieldPhysical Condition: The employee is regularly required to be in good health, available to work long time with computer, bear high stressOther Requirements:MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.COMPUTER SKILLS: Knowledge of and familiarity manufacturing software.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities utilized on the job:Professional Knowledge, Skills: Familiar with common office software, the master of the integrated use of ERP, have good communication and coordination skillsMaster ERP system integrated use, PLM, bar code systems, the tracking module knowledgeRelease order reasonably, supervise factory production scheduleGood access to data, analyze dataFamiliar with the position operating instructionsFamiliar with WORD, EXCEL office softwareGood communication and coordination skills, teamwork spiritTraining Required:PRP TrainingOrder Review QueryProduction delivery tracking (barcode queries)Sales forecast and capacity balance analysisCommunication skillsWork Environment:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
