Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse MSICU, Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital The ICU Nurse provides specialized patient care within the medical and surgical ICU setting. This role involves managing medical and surgical patients, including those with COVID-19, across a rotating shift schedule, supporting critical care needs in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Details

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, WI RN license (AHA or ARC certifications required)
• Education Requirements: Associate Degree or Certificate
• Location Requirements: Must live outside 50 miles from the facility
• Years of Experience: 0.0 years required
• Schedule: Rotating shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: ICU and MedSurg competent, experienced in managing medical and surgical patients, able to handle COVID-19 patient cases, assertive and confident in skills, team player, hard worker, resilient, and able to manage change well.
• Additional Information: COVID-19 vaccination required; flu and COVID-19 vaccine decliners must wear masks during Flu Season. No more than 7 days of RTO are accommodated. The unit includes 11 beds for COVID patients and a mix of general surgical and medical cases. Possible on-call hours during low census periods, which will count toward unbillable hours.
• Submission Requirements: Applicants must be willing to float to Aspirus Stevens Point, Plover, and Riverview.
