Maintenance Specialist I

Job TitlePerforms general labor and routine building maintenance work. Assists Maintenance Specialists II in the performance of skilled maintenance work in the various construction and mechanical systems trades, such as, but not limited to, painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and other crafts as assigned.Requirements / QualificationsPosition requires a High School diploma plus 2 years of experience in the general maintenance and remodel of buildings, grounds or equipment. Additional experience may substitute for education. Requires a valid CA driver's license to drive district vehicles when needed. Work Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday Work Hours: 6:30 am - 3 pm Possible summer work schedule to be Monday - Friday.
