We are currently looking for a Claims Assistant who has a passion to provide outstanding administrative, claim, and customer support. Do you love learning how things work and being part of a team with shared goals? You may be an excellent fit for this exciting role! This is an in-office role located in East Hartford, CT.

Perform basic claim handling functions including data entry, ordering reports, preparing and filing forms. Capable of working independently and on a team. Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced work environment. Embrace a challenge, excellent organizational skills, integrity, and thrive on getting the job done. Routinely collaborate with Adjusters, Branch Leaders, clients and claimants.

High school diploma or GED

At least one year office work experience

Knowledge of current business software such as Word and Excel
