Finance Director

We are seeking an experienced financial analytics and data strategy leader for a senior-level role within our organization. Responsibilities Design and govern enterprise financial data models within Microsoft Fabric across a multi-ERP landscape including SAP S/4HANA, JD Edwards, Business Central, and IFS Define data pipelines, ingestion processes, and transformation logic to support real-time analytics and automated reporting Build and maintain enterprise-wide KPIs, Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and predictive models supporting forecasting, pricing, and customer profitability Ensure data governance, SOX compliance, and data quality standards across all analytics processes Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear actionable insights Recruit, mentor, and develop an analytics team to support the company's data strategy at scale Qualifications 7+ years in financial analytics, FP&A, or data-driven finance Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and modern data modeling Strong ERP knowledge, with SAP S/4HANA experience strongly preferred Proficiency in DAX, SQL, and/or Python Background in manufacturing, multi-business-line, or acquisition-heavy environments Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced analytics degree preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr StevenDouglas
