Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager is an analytical, hands-on marketer responsible for executing paid media strategy across Supper Co.'s B2C and B2B client roster. This role manages research, strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting across digital platforms, with responsibility for budget management, paid media, content strategy, and client presentations. The ideal candidate understands digital sales funnels and best practices across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Supper Co. is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to execute paid media strategy across its B2C and B2B client roster. This is an analytical, hands-on role that requires research, strategy, execution, analysis, optimization and reporting. The ideal candidate understands how digital sales funnels work and displays an ability to impact each stage of the customer journey. An understanding of best practices across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms is required. This role requires budget management, paid media management, content strategy, and client presentations.The ideal candidate would work out of our Springfield, MO office, however remote work is a possibility for the right candidate. Responsibilities Build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, AI ad surfaces and beyond. Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for paid media campaigns and measure performance against them. Monitor campaign performance daily/weekly and implement data-driven optimizations to improve ROI and efficiency. Develop and execute data-driven strategies that improve the digital customer journey, build awareness, and drive conversions at each stage of the funnel. Analyze campaign performance to develop internal, monthly, and quarterly reports. Present findings and recommendations to clients. Support communications planning for clients through strategic thinking and research. Partner with account and creative teams to develop creative strategies based on in-platform data, client goals and marketing trends. Build and manage media schedules based on approved client budgets. Coordinate with trade media vendors on campaign execution and reporting, including submitting insertion orders and managing delivery of trade media assets. Research digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies, and inform the team and clients of relevant changes. Update project management system to reflect project processes and statuses. qualifications: 1-5 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field. Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on at least one main performance platform: Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google/SEM,YouTube, programmatic. Understanding of best practices, analytics, reporting, and optimization across major social media platforms. Comfortable setting KPIs and translating performance data into clear insights and next steps for internal teams and clients. Familiarity with conversion tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, social pixels, and Google Analytics; deeper hands-on experience here is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present to clients directly. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to self-manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once.
