Description

First United Bank is accepting applications for a Full Time Credit Administrator in our Operations Center in Lubbock, TX.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Ensuring and implementing proper credit discipline procedures throughout the Corporate Credit Policy
• Accurately reviewing and tracking loan documentation while maintaining collateral and credit files
• Responsible for a variety of activities to provide quality service that pertains to scanning, daily document reporting, and organizing effective communication
• Participate in job specific training, various bank training programs, and comply with and all bank policies and procedures

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school graduate or equivalent is required, Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Banking experience preferred
• Knowledge of mortgage loan processing and lending procedures preferred
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft programs
• Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary
• Detail oriented and the ability to take initiative in development and completion of projects.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with handling frequent interruptions and little to no supervision
