Support Epic Patient Engagement and Population Health applications within a shared-services environment, with a primary focus on RCM transformation initiatives.
Handle projects, maintenance, operational support, tickets, and Epic upgrades while leveraging Epic HelloWorld expertise and certification.
Key Responsibilities:

Support RCM transformation projects and deliver application enhancements across Epic Patient Engagement and Population Health environments.

Perform application maintenance, operations support, ticket resolution, and Epic upgrade activities as required.

Collaborate with shared-services teams and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and deliver reliable Epic solutions.
